THE WORLD HAS LONG DEVOURED Italian culture (sometimes quite literally). Where better, then, to set a fair with the theme “Feeding the planet: energy for life” than in Milan? Te Universal Exposition 2015, which opens on May 1 and runs through October, will include more than 140 countries—53 of which are building their own pavilions at Milan Expo’s nearly 11-million-square-foot site, half an hour northwest of the city center.
