WALES Activists are attempting to rid the island of Anglesey of single-use plastic bottles, cutlery and straws to make the entire district plastic-free. Guests will be given refillable stainless-steel water bottles when they check in, and rooms will contain biodegradable bin bags. If you want to protect yourself from colds and flu, regular exercise may be the ultimate immunity booster. Studies have shown that moderate aerobic exercise—30 to 45 minutes per day of activities like walking, biking or running—can more than halve your risk for respiratory infections, partly by increasing circulation of immune cells.
