This riff on a New England clam shack has a cheery coastal décor and a vast range of warmweather amenities—a spacious patio lined with wooden picnic tables, draft cocktails available frozen by request, and littlenecks on the half shell, at a clam a pop. “We just wanted a place to hang outside and smoke, really,” the bartender Wes Badrigian said, on a recent Sunday evening.
