Vegan Chocolate Slice INGREDIENTS • 2tbps flax seed • 5tbsp water • 110ml extra virgin, cold pressed coconut oil • 160gms jaggery powder • A pinch salt • 60gms cocoa powder • 115gms refined flour/oat flour • 1 tbsp vanilla extract METHOD • Make a powder out of the flax seeds and add in the water. • Leave it aside for 5 minutes. This is your flax egg or your egg replacement • Meanwhile, warm up the coconut oil slightly and add in the jaggery and cocoa powder • Sift in the flour and salt.
