As October draws to a close at Red Twig Farms in New Albany, Ohio, it’s full speed ahead with holiday preparations of dogwood, willow, and winterberry branches—along with handcrafted wreaths—sure to add seasonal cheer to homes across the country.
For co-owners Lindsey and Josh McCullough, wreaths hold an even deeper sentiment, since the couple met while Josh was hanging up holiday wreaths at Lindsey’s place of employment. That first meeting was not all roses, however, as Lindsey’s determination for the wreaths to be perfectly centered, down to an eighth of an inch, convinced Josh that he would never go back.
