Use these marinades to flavour 800g of pork. You could also switch in red meat, chicken or seafood.
No. 1 Chilli & kaffir lime
Combine 2 crushed cloves garlic, 4 finely shredded kaffir lime leaves, 1/ 3 cup fish sauce, 1 small finely chopped fresh red chilli and 1/ 3 cup peanut oil. Goes with: Pork, chicken, seafood.
No. 2 Thyme & Dijon mustard
Combine ¼ cup lemon juice, ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil, 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, 1 crushed clove garlic and 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves. Goes with: Pork, beef, lamb, chicken.
No. 3 Lemon & oregano
