GUACAMOLE SPIDER DIP

2 avocados, seeded, peeled 2 tablespoons lime juice 2 green onions, chopped finely 1 tablespoon chopped coriander 2 tablespoons sour cream 1 tomato, deseeded, chopped plastic spiders, to decorate corn chips, to serve 1 To make guacamole, place the avocado and juice in a bowl; mash until smooth. Stir in onion and coriander.
2 Spoon into a shallow serving bowl; smooth surface. Spoon sour cream into a plastic resealable food storage bag. Snip one small corner from bag.
