The Green House, a mid-terrace residential property in Islington, London, is the personal project and family home of award-nominated architect Jeremy Foster, founder of J Foster Architects, a RIBA chartered architectural practice. With a primary emphasis on improving energy efficiency and minimising environmental harm by employing biophilic design principles, the overarching objective was to substantially reduce the building’s carbon footprint and overall energy consumption while simultaneously enhancing comfort and performance for the occupants.
