⅛ teaspoon cinnamon
3 tablespoons light brown sugar, divided
2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, finely chopped and divided

4 bone-in pork chops, center cut, 1-inch-thick
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 Gala apple, cut into ½ -inch wedges
1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

Directions:
