BROCCOLI SLAW
Makes 6 to 8 servings
Feta adds the perfect salty bite to this crunchy barbecue side.
1 (12-ounce) bag broccoli slaw
1 head broccoli, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 cup raisins
1 cup crumbled feta
1 cup roasted sunflower seeds
1 cup matchstick carrot
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup fresh orange juice
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 teaspoons sugar
½ teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
1. In a large bowl, combine broccoli slaw, broccoli pieces, raisins, feta, sunflower seeds, and carrot.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, orange juice, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Pour dressing over slaw mixture, and toss to coat. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
