TRIPLE BERRY COBBLER

This triple berry cobbler is even better with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
3 cups fresh strawberries, quartered
3 cups fresh raspberries
3 cups fresh blueberries
1 cup plus 2 tablespoons granulated sugar, divided
1/4 cup cornstarch 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 cup all-purpose flour
11/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons cold unsalted butter, cubed
2/3 cup whole milk
2 tablespoons coarse sugar
1. Preheat oven to 375°. In a large bowl, combine strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, 1 cup granulated sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice. Spoon berry mixture into a 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
