Fried Lasagna
Some people go to Olive Garden for the endless breadsticks, but I’m there for the fried lasagna. After a bit of experimentation, I got the entree just right at home.

20 uncooked lasagna noodles1 carton (32 oz.) whole-milk ricotta cheese2½ cups shredded Italian cheese blend, divided2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese6 large eggs, beaten, divided use4 tsp. Italian seasoning, divided Oil for deep-fat frying2½ cups panko bread crumbs1 jar (24 oz.) marinara sauce, warmed1 jar (15 oz.) Alfredo sauce, warmed
