Easy Ground Beef Stroganoff

½ lb. ground beef1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms1 medium onion, chopped1 garlic clove, minced1 can (10¾ oz.) condensed cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup, undiluted¼ tsp. pepper1 cup sour cream3 cups cooked egg noodles Chopped fresh parsley, optional
