Spicy Lemon Chicken Kabobs
When I see Meyer lemons in the store, I can’t resist grabbing a few. I like using them for these easy chicken kabobs, but regular grilled lemons still add a smoky tang.

¼ cup lemon juice4 Tbsp. olive oil, divided3 Tbsp. white wine1½ tsp. crushed red pepper flakes1 tsp. minced fresh rosemary or ¼ tsp. dried rosemary, crushed1½ lbs. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-in. cubes2 medium lemons, halved Minced chives
1. In a large shallow dish, combine lemon juice, 3 Tbsp. oil, wine, pepper flakes and rosemary. Add chicken and turn to coat. Refrigerate up to 3 hours.
