Homemade Guacamole

3 medium ripe avocados, peeled and cubed1 garlic clove, minced¼ to ½ tsp. salt2 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped, optional1 small onion, finely chopped¼ cup mayonnaise, optional1 to 2 Tbsp. lime juice1 Tbsp. minced fresh cilantro
Mash avocados with garlic and salt. Stir in remaining ingredients.
