1 green shallot, cut into matchsticks 2 x 190g pkt spring onion and chive cream cheese, at room temperature 200g tub Yumi's Avocado & Sea Salt dip 250g cream cheese, chopped 2 qukes(baby cucumbers), 1 thinly sliced, 1 peeled into ribbons 65g mini tomatoes 1 small salami stick, cut into rounds Fresh dill, fresh curly parsley leaves, pea shoots, pretzel sticks and pretzel star, to decorate Assorted crackers and pretzels, to serve Method
1. Draw a triangle on a sheet of baking paper, 26cm at the base and 35cm in height. Cut out and place the triangle, ink-side down, on a serving board.
