2 tbs tequila
2 tbs fresh lime juice
500g beef scotch fillet, cut into 2cm pieces
60ml ( 1 /4 cup) extra virgin olive oil
2 corncobs, husks and silk removed
300g (3 cups) finely shredded red cabbage
4 radishes, thinly sliced
1 small red onion, cut into thin wedges
1 small bunch coriander, leaves picked
4 whole pickled jalapeños in brine
