NO-BAKE HAZELNUT HEDGEHOG SLICE
SERVES 20 PREP 30 MINUTES (PLUS REFRIGERATION) COOK 2 MINUTES
2 x 143g packets Baci Perugina Original Dark Chocolates, unwrapped, plus extra, chopped, to serve 200g digestive biscuits, broken into pieces ½ cup vanilla marshmallows, halved ½ cup dried cranberries, plus extra to serve ½ cup pistachio kernels, toasted, plus extra, chopped, to serve 2 x 200g blocks dark chocolate, chopped 200g block milk chocolate, chopped 250g butter, chopped ¹/ ³ cup golden syrup Dutch processed cocoa powder, to serve 1 Grease a 7cm-deep, 9.5cm x 19.5cm loaf pan. Line base and sides with baking paper, extending paper 2cm above edge of pan on all sides. Cut Baci chocolates in half. Combine Baci chocolates, biscuits, marshmallow, cranberries and pistachios in a large bowl. Set aside.
