My home... ABOUT ME I’m Harriet Hurdley, 32, and I’m a secondary school teacher. I live with my partner Mark Lees, 38, a graphic designer, and our cats Rufus and Teddy. MY HOME We live in a Victorian three-bedroom, mid-terrace house in Leicester. We moved here in December 2013. WHEN I BOUGHT IT Although the interior was liveable, the decor was very uninspiring, with harsh colours, bold patterns and shiny, modern finishes that didn’t suit our tastes or the age of the house.
