What You’ll Need: 4 rubber bands 7 craft sticks cotton balls milk cap or bottle cap glue 1. Stack five craft sticks together. Wrap a rubber band tightly around each end (see A). 2. Stack two craft sticks together. Wrap a rubber band tightly, close to one end of the sticks (see B). 3. Slide the stack of five sticks between the stack of two sticks.
