¾ cup quick-cooking oats
¾ cup coarsely chopped almonds
5 tablespoons butter, softened, divided
¼ cup plus 3 tablespoons sugar, divided
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
¼ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
¾ cup dried blueberries (about 4 ounces)
2 pounds ripe Bosc pears, peeled, cored, and cut into ½ -inch cubes
