CHOCOLATE STRAWBERRY BROWNIE BITES Makes 30 bites 1 (18.3-ounce) box fudge brownie mix ¼ cup butter, softened ½ cup strawberry purée 2½ cups confectioners’ sugar Garnish: fresh strawberries Preheat oven to 350°. Spray a 9x9- inch baking pan with cooking spray. In a medium bowl, prepare brownie mix, and bake in pan according to package directions. At the end of recommended cooking time, remove brownie from oven. Let cool completely in pan. In another medium bowl, combine butter and strawberry purée.
