Inquest opens into rabbiting gun death
An inquest has opened into the death of a man who was shot while rabbit shooting on private land in Ireland. Keith ’Bono’ Greene, also known as Keith Conlon, was with a group of other men and dogs on privately owned land near Tallaght, just south of Dublin, when the incident occurred. Mr Greene was hit in the head and spent several days on life support, before it became clear he would not recover. A barrister, Diarmuid Phelan, aged 53, has been charged with the murder of Mr Greene.
