For those of us who enjoy competing with our dogs, 2020 was a year best forgotten. A few trials and tests did take place, but not many, and all the major championships were abandoned. Whether cancelling outdoor events, where the chance of catching COVID-19 was negligible, really made sense is debatable but, due to the lockdowns, there was sadly no choice.
However, what happened is history and, with the great success of the vaccine roll-out, we can now start to look forward to returning to normal.
