How to spot it and where to find it: A low-growing plant of damp grasslands, riverbanks, pond edges and wet woods, creeping Jenny has five-petalled cup-like yellow flowers and heart-shaped leaves. The sunnier the spot in which it grows, the more yellow the leaves. The blooms open in May and creeping Jenny continues to flower until mid-August.
