Nottinghamshire estate educates foodies for Great British Game Week
Guns, celebrity chefs, shoots, restaurants, bloggers and social media influencers celebrated Great British Game Week between 25 November and 1 December.
The School of Artisan Food, at Welbeck Estate, Nottinghamshire, since 2009, also hosted its Game in a Day course, during which expert tutors Richard Summers and Chris Moorby introduced students to practical butchery and cooking techniques.
“Here at The School of Artisan Food we are pushing the benefits of eating game as a healthier, tastier, easy-cook alternative to standard supermarket meats. Great British Game Week is important to get the message out there, and we’re showing how accessible and easy game can be,” said Mr Summers.
