PLYOMETRICS
• Skip forwards, circling arms in a forward motion for 30 seconds, and then in a backward motion for 30 seconds.
• Skip sideways, sweeping straight arms above the head so that the hands clap, for one minute, changing direction halfway.
• With your feet on the ground, shuffle sideways in a squat position, and pretend you’re bouncing a basketball with both hands, for one minute, changing direction halfway.
• Grapevine (step the left foot to the side, step the right foot in front of it, step the left foot to the side, step the right foot behind it) for one minute, changing direction halfway.
• Do 20 walking lunges (alternating legs) followed by 10 squats, interspersed with three steps, to activate the glutes.
