Walking into Daniel Mathis’s apartment in downtown Oklahoma City feels like visiting a mini museum. As a kid, the Mississippi native collected rocks and key rings. Now he runs a popular Instagram account, @notaminimalist, showing off his collections of portraits, brass objects, vintage pottery, seashells…and so much more.
