By a large margin, North America’s most popular big-game species is the whitetail deer. According to the National Deer Association, more than 6 million deer are taken yearly by hunters in the U.S.; Canadians kill their share as well. It makes sense, then, that companies produce ammunition specifically tailored to taking whitetail deer.
