AUBURN, Ind. _ When you show up in Auburn, you just know there is going to be something good related to vintage cars somewhere in town. Be it one of several world-class museums or the cry of the auctioneer, Auburn remains the “classic and collector car capital.” From May 29 to June 1, the Auburn Auction Park played host to RM Auctions’ Spring sale with an interesting mix of automobiles crossing the block, a number of them at no reserve.
Several collections were placed on the auction block, including a selection from the late Richard Burdick from San Angelo, Texas, plus a large assortment of Packards from the 1930s to the 1950s.
