CREAMY CHICKEN & BROCCOLI PASTA SERVES 4 INGREDIENTS • 375g fettuccine • 500g broccoli florets • 1½ cups frozen peas, thawed • ½ barbecued chicken, shredded • 300ml thickened cream METHOD 1 Cook fettuccine in a large saucepan of salted boiling water following packet instructions.
