Kelly Clarkson is saying goodbye to her lakeside pad in Hendersonville, Tennessee, after seven years. The singer, 37, and her husband Brandon Blackstock, 43, bought the home for $4.3 million in 2013 and quickly started the epic job of completely renovating it.
The home sits on 1.6 hectares on a cul-de-sac, 40 kilometres outside of Nashville. Walls of windows look out onto Old Hickory Lake as well as the revamped backyard, which features a dramatic double staircase, a saltwater pool, not one but two spas, a greenhouse and a volleyball court. There’s also an area for alfresco dining, a private dock and, of course, a playground for her daughter River, five, and son Remington, three.
