CHICKEN, SOBA NOODLE & EDAMAME SALAD SERVES 4 INGREDIENTS • 180g dried soba noodles • 1 barbecue chicken • 1 cup peeled frozen edamame beans, blanched • 1 red capsicum, seeded, thinly sliced • 2 green onions, thinly sliced • 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds DRESSING • 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar • 2 tbsp salt reduced soy sauce • 1 tbsp honey • 1 tsp sesame oil METHOD 1 Cook noodles following packet instructions.
