CREEPY-CRAWLY CAKE INGREDIENTS • 250g butter, softened• 11/2 cups caster sugar• 4 eggs• 2 tsp vanilla extract• 4 cups self-raising flour, sifted• 11/3 cup milk• 100g white chocolate melts, melted• 20cm length liquorice strap• 3 mini Oreo cookies, split• 1 regular Oreo cookie, split• 16 red mini M&M’S BUTTERCREAM • 250g butter, softened• 3 cups icing sugar mixture, sifted• 1/4 cup milk• Orange food colouring METHOD 1 Preheat oven to moderate, 180°C. Grease 2 x deep 20cm round cake pans. 2 In a large bowl, using an electric mixer, beat butter and sugar together until creamy. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each.
