APPLE & STRAWBERRY MUFFINS GLUTEN-, EGG-AND NUT-FREE INGREDIENTS • 13/4 cups gluten-free plain flour• 2 tbsp gluten-free corn flour• 3 tsp baking powder• 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda• 1/2 cup caster sugar• 1 cup strawberry yoghurt• 1/2 cup apple sauce• 1 green apple, grated, plus 1 extra, thinly sliced METHOD 1 Preheat oven to moderate, 180°C.
