1. TURKEY SCHNITZEL & BACON

INGREDIENTS
• 4 rashers rindless bacon, halved• 2 tbsp olive oil• 4 crumbed turkey schnitzel steaks• 4 soft white rolls, split• 1 avocado, peeled, seeded, sliced• 125g brie, sliced• 1 cup sprouts• 1/3 cup cranberry sauce METHOD
1 Heat a large non-stick frying pan on medium. Fry bacon 3-4 minutes, turning once, until crisp and golden. Drain on paper towel. Keep warm. 2 In the same pan, heat oil and cook schnitzel 3-4 minutes each side, until cooked through. 3 Fill each roll with layers of avocado, brie, sprouts, schnitzel, bacon and sauce.
2. CHICKEN SATAY
