COOKIES & CREAM BROWNIES INGREDIENTS • 300g dark chocolate, chopped• 150g butter, chopped• 11/2 cups brown sugar• 3 eggs, lightly beaten• 1 tsp vanilla extract• 3/4 cup plain flour, sifted• 1/2 cup sour cream• 150g packet cream-filled chocolate biscuits, quartered METHOD 1 Preheat oven to moderate, 180°C. Grease and line a 20cm x 30cm slice pan with baking paper. 2 In a medium saucepan, combine chocolate and butter, stir over medium heat until melted and smooth. Remove from heat and stir in sugar.
