GOAT’S CHEESE CHOCOLATE TARTS INGREDIENTS • 1/3 cup coconut oil, plus extra to grease• 2 tbsp honey• 1 cup pecans• 1 cup hazelnuts• 50g fresh dates, pitted• Salt FILLING • 300g dark chocolate, chopped• 60g butter, chopped• 75g goat’s cheese, crumbled• 1 tbsp honey• 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon TOPPING • 2 figs, cut into wedges• 2 tbsp honey• Sea salt flakes, to sprinkle METHOD 1 To make the crust, combine coconut oil and honey in a saucepan and stir over a low heat until melted and combined.
