FRIED NOODLE, PRAWN & CABBAGE SALAD INGREDIENTS • 375g thin dried egg noodle nests • Oil for deep frying, plus 1 tbsp extra• 500g green prawns, peeled, deveined, tails intact• 2 tbsp laksa paste, plus 2 tsp extra• 1/4 cup lime juice, plus lime cheeks, to serve• 11/2 tbsp brown sugar• 1/2 wombok (Chinese cabbage), finely shredded• Chopped salted roasted peanuts, to serve METHOD 1 Gently loosen nests to separate noodles.
