Landmark 17 is located in the historic Stuyvesant Square, Manhattan. It is a New York City landmark. With an exterior that recalls the classic Manhattan of years past it, is a unique example of Gothic architecture restored to its original splendour.
After renovation the Gramercy Park complex became a study in contrasts. While the historic exteriors were maintained and restored, the new interior design of each of the apartments boasted a distinctly modern flair.
Here Lucinda and Javier Loya have their pied-a-terre. The apartment has a large living space, kitchen annexe, dining area, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms divided over 3 floors.
