There’s nothing weird to see here – just a good old Asian chicken salad. Gwyn chops leftover roasted chicken with pak choy, romaine lettuce, cucumber, carrot, scallion, zucchini and coriander leaves for the base. For the dressing, combine white miso, lime juice, maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, sesame oil and olive oil.
