Hey, hot mama! Strong is the new sexy for mum Eva, who is back to fighting fit after welcoming her son Santiago last June.
“I come from a family of strong women, so it would have been impossible for me to lose my self-worth,” the 44-year-old admits. When it comes to diet, Eva only started watching what she ate last December, relying on her lifelong love for greens instead.
“I was raised on vegetables!” she says. “Anything green – spinach, broccoli, Brussels sprouts – I crave.” White foods, meanwhile, are nixed if the star wants to drop weight, stat! “Sometimes I won’t eat sugar for three months,” she reveals. “I’ll cut out all sugar and simple carbs that turn into sugar – rice, pasta, bread.”
