Sesame asparagus zoodle salad Serves: 6 Ingredients • 2 large zucchini • 1 tbsp + ½ tsp kosher salt • 450g asparagus (thick spears), ends cut off • 3 tbsp coconut aminos or tamari • 1½ tbsp sesame oil • 1½ tbsp extra virgin olive oil • 1 tbsp finely grated fresh ginger • 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds Method 1.
