Fish with crispy chilli salad Serves: 4 Prep + cook time: 55 minutes Ingredients • 4 fillets blue eye trevalla • 2 tbsp light soy • 1 tsp honey • 1 tsp sesame oil • 1 tbsp peanut oil • 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced • 6cm ginger, peeled, 4cm long strips • 4 long red chillies, deseeded, thinly shredded (long thin strips) • 4 green onions, finely shredded (long thin strips) Method 1.
