Baked sriracha hot wings and kale chips MEAL 1  Cooking time: 40 minutes Serves: 4 Ingredients 60ml sriracha hot sauce 45g unsalted butter ½ tsp garlic salt ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper Olive oil spray 450g chicken wings 140g kale ½ tsp salt Method • Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cover a large baking sheet with foil. • Prepare the wing sauce: Place the sriracha, butter, garlic salt and ¼ tsp of the black pepper in a large saucepan.
