A cast to die for!
It’s the bestselling book of the decade so far, so it’s no surprise that an all-star cast had to be gathered for the film adaptation of Richard Osman’s The Thursday Murder Club. As they celebrated the upcoming release of the movie in New York last week, Pierce Brosnan, 72, Celia Imrie, 73, Dame Helen Mirren, 80, and Sir Ben Kingsley, 81, shared that it felt like a reunion to be working together.
“It was like the coming together of a group of people who’d been to college or something,” explains Helen. “There was incredible closeness.”
Pierce adds, “We just sat around, had lovely cups of tea, then did a bit of acting.”
