Perfect barbecued prawns PREP + COOK TIME 15 MINUTES SERVES 4 1kg uncooked medium prawns or 1.5kg large prawns 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil Lemon cheeks, to serve 1 If using medium prawns, shell and devein prawns, leaving tails intact.
