Last week, I found a simple little bottle opener in my shed. It was in a tin of old stuff I’d found in the vintage caravan we once owned. It was small, cast-iron and of a type common when I was a kid. It was completely rusted over, but I could just make out the name “Reid’s Ale” embossed on its handle. Statistics show the vast majority of us spend most of our time indoors. However, the current minimum mum recommendation for time in nature to maintain mental wellbeing is at least 120 minutes a week.
