My favourite part about filming The Twelve was... Travelling out of Borloo [Perth] and being on location in rural Western Australia was a gift. Ricotta buttermilk pancakes PREP + COOK TIME 30 MINUTES SERVES 6 2 cups self-raising flour 2 tbsp caster sugar 2¼ cups buttermilk 2 eggs, separated 1 tsp vanilla extract 200g ricotta Melted unsalted butter, for greasing Greek yoghurt, seasonal fruit, maple syrup, to serve 1 Sift flour into a large bowl.
