Onions baked in Marsala SERVES 4-6 8 red onions 16 whole cloves A handful fresh thyme 3 bay leaves 150ml dry Marsala (see tip) 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to season 1 Preheat oven to 180°C.
